מהו בקר הכניסה?

בקר כניסה לעסק הוא מכשיר שמותקן על דלת מגנטית, מכשיר שהצמדת האצבע וזיהוי של העובד יפתחו את הדלת. כל מעבר בדלת כזו נרשם במערכת בענן מידית, כך שהמנהל יכול להיכנס למערכת ולדעת בכל זמן מי מהעובדים נמצא ואיפה, ובאילו דלתות הוא עבר בכל זמן נתון. כך אם עובד החתים כניסה ולא החתים יציאה וטוען שהוא עבד עד שעה מסוימת, אפשר לבדוק את זה בקלות. כך גם אם מנהל רוצה שעובדים לא יעבדו שעות נוספות מעבר למה שהוא הגדיר, הוא יכול לקבל על כך מהמערכת מייל ברגע שזה קורה. כל כניסה או יציאה מתועדת וניתן להגדיר התראות בהתאם לצרכים, והבקר הוא בנוסף לשעון דיווח ולא במקום.
